Blystone Farm is a family-owned on-farm butcher shop where Joe and Jane Blystone provide fresh, local, naturally raised meats to our community.  At our central Ohio retail butcher shop, located in the scenic countryside near Canal Winchester  and only a short drive from downtown Columbus, customers will find delicious fresh and frozen meats, including lamb, beef, goat, pork, and chicken.  In addition, we offer seasonal local products, such as honey, eggs, pasta, and bagels.

The Blystone family raises livestock on our historic family farm, and we are dedicated as a family to providing the best possible care for the animals we raise and producing humanely processed meats. At Blystone Farm sheep, goats, and cattle graze in the pastures of the farm where our butcher shop is located.

We are committed to supporting other farmers in central Ohio by featuring their products and using their high quality animals to supply our butcher shop.

Blystone Farm is situated in the rolling hills southeast of Columbus where Franklin County meets Fairfield and Pickaway Counties. It is conveniently located from Route 33 by accessing the Gender Road exit.
